both free of charge.

  • We identify the energy suppliers to the property
  • We open & close your tenant’s accounts for their gas, electric, water & council tax
  • We switch the energy supply to one of our preferred partners – to benefit both your landlord & their tenant
  • We will also manage all of your energy related problems & queries during the void period on behalf of your landlord, this includes:

– Clearing debt & resetting pre-payment meters
– Handling all billing issues & queries
– Fixing broken meters
– Reinstating supply
– Installation of smart meters
– Replacing stolen meters

With each level of service you will be given access to a bespoke cloud-based portal that updates & reports in real-time, to manage your entire property portfolio. Our energy team will take care of all of the work (depending on service level you require) & you can access all of the information through the portal whenever you need to.
